Pros
Friendly people, nice office space/cubicle. The location in Houston try to motivate employees by having contest, giveaways and food ect.
Cons
Pay is low. It is hard to move around and there is no clear structure for you to follow if you want to move up. They pay outside employees more than the loyal employees that have been with the company for year. There are people that have been with the company for 15 plus years still doing case coordination (data entry/customer service) making less then 38K . They have been talking years about starting a cross training program which has yet to go into affect
