A lot of vacation days are given. Some of your colleagues are nice. Great work location sometimes. Work from home opportunities given to some.

Cons

The culture is terrible. No one wants to do any work or be helpful. Everything is extremely political. The expectations for work are high but there are no systems or people with knowledge to get anything done. Pay is horrible.
