Pros
Opportunity exists to pursue unlimited career paths within the organization. High earning potential and most employees want to do a good job and are pleasant to work with. Could be a great place to work if environment were different.
Cons
Disorganization due to multiple leadership changes. No long term strategy and too many directional changes makes it difficult to meet ever changing expectations. Company is very siloed with little cross departmental communication or coordination, and duplication of effort and expense. Advancement is not based on capability, but on relationships. Falling out of favor with someone in upper management could cost you your career as you are viewed as "damaged goods" and opportunities to move to other areas suddenly disappear. Many employees performance expectations and goals are not set until mid-review making achievement difficult. Unfortunately, employees are subject to a very punitive management style. Internal politics are not for the faint of heart.
