Many opportunities for advancement and opportunities to work in different fields due to size of the company, good benefits

Cons

No work-life balance, virtually no formal training, a lot of "red-tape" and bureaucracy, unequal pay distribution among staff and lower-level management

Culture is nice - not micromanaged, relaxed, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. Workload keeps you busy, but it's fine because the day goes by a little quicker. It depends on your position, but an average employee will work overtime once or twice a week.

Cons

On-site lunch is not subsidized in any way, so you would not go out of your way to pay the same price as you would elsewhere for so-so food.
