Pros

- Options to Work from Home - Charity donation matching - For every $1, AIG will donate $2.

Cons

- Salary raises are non-existent - Plenty of fire drills, which means you need to get a report / numbers etc... immediately and accurately. - Unorganized and people are unaccountable. - Plenty of organizational changes every couple of years. I have gone through 5 managers so far.

Pros

There really were not any pros the last couple of years

Cons

No respect for experienced employees. The company is pushing to remove experienced employees and does just enough to cover itself from any age discrimination.

A company that could do so much better but chooses not too!

Pros

Some very good people at company

Cons

Poor Management - Poor decision making and a lack of guidance has led to a mismatch in aligned goals across the company - No probation periods. This has led to some very poor recruits being taken on by the company - Senior Management think far too much about themselves to care about the other 95% of the company. This has led to severely understaffed teams and extremely poor turnarounds when signing off on new members of staff - Lack of opportunities for progression due to lack of senior positions and extremely poor at retaining talent - When compared to our competitors AIG do not offer many perks to there employees considering the size and profitability of the company. - No regular pay rises and a very poor bonus structure
