Great benefits, Great learning opportunities...

Cons

I worked at two very different locations both experiences where less than desirable, it's who you know not what you know...The same people mysteriously win the in office contest every year, it's been 10 years and the same people keep "winning" free round the world trips. No opportunity for growth unless you're in with the higher ups.

Cons

No job security, company prefers to have a larger resource base in India, than the US. Every year there seems to be layoffs. Anticipate more due to losing Costco account.
