Great place to work. Friendly staff. People are lifers.

Cons

Once your in a position. It is hard for them to take you seriously towards growth especially as a minority in Utah. Overall Amex is a great company it's just Utah.

American Express cares about their employees and wants to make sure they're happy and content, all the while constantly changing tools and processes!

Cons

Training for these new tools and processes isn't always before the tool or process rolls out. A lot of the time it's OJT!
