      Big team, inclusive culture, diversity in peers' experiences

      Cons

      Very political, moral and job satisfaction will 100% depend on your direct manager even though you interact with many people on daily basis, but it is very hierarchical.

      They care about their employees - but not their customers

      Pros

      -fair pay with great comp plan -hybrid schedule with lots of flexibility -overall nice people to work with

      Cons

      -too many people with too many products, trying to sell the same clients, creating too much competition between internal teams -- and slows processes down. -Terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers or the customer experience, just about selling them more stuff (have gotten this feedback directly from several clients)
