      Great pay and great commission structure with "life time" new logo bonus tiers that accrue with every sale

      Cons

      leadership only cares about your numbers. They front like they care about work life balance and being supportive, but once numbers don't show up, they are on to the next rep that will come in

      Pros

      The company is a true sales organization from the ground up. There are multiple opportunities and roles available. And the company helps people from beginner to experienced learn to sell, make deals, close deals and understand the sales process. Not everyone makes money all the time, but plenty of opportunity to make an amazing life here.

      Cons

      The sales training is good. It could be better and more comprehensive. But that's on the individual to request what they need

      Pros

      If you get a good team, you're set for life. The teams here can be amazingly supportive and always advocate for work/life balance.

      Cons

      The company talks a lot about lateral movement and job growth, but I know a lot of people who come here to stay at the same job forever. If you like somewhere comfortable and no movement, this is your place. But if you're ambitious? This isn't the place for you.
