Pros

good disciplined management focused on growth businesses and disciplined enough to exit businesses that are not growth businesses. Very focused on net operating income and earnings.

Cons

overly cost sensitive to the point that they are investing little in the business and finding it difficult to compete in certain businesses but management is pretty smart and disciplined.

Pros

Good entering position if someone is looking to get involved in the sales industry.

Cons

It is very hard to be passionate about selling payroll. Most potential prospects don't view you with respect and can take advantage of you. Dealing with this type of business owner is kind of annoying. Also if your not passionate about payroll it is very difficult to sell the product if you don't believe in the products usefulness to begin with.

Pros

Lots of room for growth. Sales compensation is accurately laid out when you are interviewing with no suprises. Great company with strong financials. Excellent compensation and recognition.

Cons

Huge company. Easy to feel lost. Have to be your own biggest fan. Typical challenges of being in a huge organization - have to find your niche.
