      Great oppty to get into B2B sales. Great first step into sales

      Cons

      Don't work in sbs. ADP is a national account/major account company. You can make good money in sbs but it's a grind everyday, then you have to hope that you made the right internal connections to see any type of promotion. Majors and national accounts are a more involved sale, plus those division bring even more to your resume.

      Pros

      Great place to start your career and learn about sales and get incredible exposure to B2B sales. Uncapped commission structure, with a stock purchase plan. Stable company, and leader of its industry

      Cons

      Company is slow to adapt to the marketplace. Sales is number 1 criterium assessed when looking for promotions as opposed to other attributes that make you a fit for the position.
