Pros
Freedom with Outside Sales, great salary/commission/benefits, get a new iPad (for work), everyone in Small Business is young and very outgoing/high energy/friendly... Overall pretty awesome company to work for if the "hunter" sales role is for you.
Cons
Territory availability and composition means a lot (i.e. area with lots of manufacturing will produce versus a smaller beach community where business is tight knit and doesnt believe in being in compliance with federal and state law, where price is the driving factor), if not given good partners (i.e. referring bank institutions, referring accountants/CPAs) then lots of the work on you to foot prospect, cold call, etc... Corporate America, lots of red-tape, procedures, policy... depends on office and management
