Company focused on over billing clients by selling wrong products

Good benefits, profit sharing, basic sales training intro

Cons

Current mamagement were all promoted because of over selling to clients to make presidents club, so most managers in my area were very unethical because they focused on bonuses , promotions and not Customer who pays the bills

Pros

ADP is the market leader and a household name so it carries quite a bit of weight. ADP also spends a bunch of money on R&D so despite what the competition says the technology really is superb.

Cons

You are definitely just a number in a huge machine. When you first start be prepared to be really micro-managed.
