      Pros

      ADP is very client focused. Associate development and nurturing is very key.

      Cons

      ADP can lose focus on compensating employees who have held down a specific role and runs the risk of losing very talented associates to other competitors; There have been instances where women who hold an equal or higher role are not compensated fairly.

      Pros

      I worked at ADP for over 20 years. They have decent benefits, although many associates don't think so. Stock plan was valuable, especially since it split a few times while I was there!

      Cons

      Many offices closed and many associates with decades of quality, loyal years of tenure have been laid off, and their jobs sent to India. I left because the stress of no job security became intolerable.

      Pros

      On site cafeteria, gym and health clinic. Progressive career planning, pay for performance, and salary incentives for obtaining certifications. Plenty of opportunity to grow and gain exposure to other types of work if you raise your hand. Lots of training opportunities. Paid time off to volunteer. Ability to work from home when weather makes travel difficult.

      Cons

      Very metrics driven. Senior Management seems more concerned about meeting calls per hours quota than fully assisting the client. Time off phones to research existing cases is not sufficient so it is easy to get overwhelmed. Strict schedule, every hour is designated including a scheduled lunch. Pay is low for the knowledge required to do the job.
