Pros

The people you work with have your back. Training is lacking, but at least you know you have a group of people wanting to see you succeed! Good benefits, bonus and career growth opportunities available.

Cons

Training isn’t great. It’s basic training you’d think ADP would give a new practitioner, not someone who is there to guide them.
