Underpaid. Management seems to ve always changing. New structuring. Hard to keep up.

- Has a lot of room for upskilling - Has a cozy office with a lot of perks

Cons

- Business units were not equal; some were given a LOT of incentives and some were NONE - Leadership keeps on changing; General Manager position has been changed 3 times in 4 years
