Great culture but low pay

Pros

Everyone is amazing. Managers are always consistent and on helpful. Team members want you to be successful. Free Starbucks and food some weeks.

Cons

Pay increases can be lack luster

Paid Training while you train

Cons

It's a call center with slightly higher pay than a typical call center but expectations are the same. Time limits, call backs, etc.
