You are overworked and underpaid. They only care about client surveys and retention rates at the expense of your mental health.

Pros

None no support given at all.

Cons

poor training and lack of support from my manager. Fired during the probation period they couldn’t give me a reason why. Not included in meetings or team group chats. Only reason was ‘I wasn’t the correct fit for the team’ and they wouldn’t say why. Fired two weeks before 3 month mark so I couldn’t claim the paro causing significant financial and mental strain.
