      Salary on time Private Health Benefit Good office location Paid sick days no matter how long the sick leave lasts

      Cons

      Close to impossible to get a decent raise without changing the department, even then not much of a raise Unclear G&O Poor employee engagement program Poor leave management Very manual work

      Great place to work. Dynamic, customer oriented, industry leader, open minded, reward aligned with talent & dedication, challenging professionally and with lots of good opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a place to lay back or under-perform, this one is not it; otherwise, highly reccomended.

      Pros

      Very serious company, safe working environment and great culture. Also very multicultural. It can be your company for life if you are looking for stability. Ofcourse there can be structural changes and you can be laid off but in general is quite stable.

      Cons

      Even though the salaries are quite good there are too much differences between associates. Doing same job one can have quite higher salary than other. Managers are too much working for their own good instead of challenging people's abilities.
