Pros

Very well paid for the first 4 months as you should get a guaranteed bonus in this time Pretty good basic even if you don’t earn any commission It’s a big sales team so you meet a lot of people The we work office is cool and has a free bar which you can access all day. Especially good if you are not selling and want to drown your sorrows. Or if you are an alcoholic

Cons

-If you are selling directly to one country there is a very small chance that you will sell anything. To date after more than one year, almost no one has sold anything (except for people working on the teams which are selling to multinational companies). Therefore after your 4 months of guaranteed bonus it’s likely you will only earn your basic from that point onwards. -If you are lucky enough to be on the multinational team and be in a position to earn money. You will be working in a team which is run like an army operation. Not in a good way. So your days will potentially be stressful and difficult. However, if you can handle that type of management then you will have the opportunity to earn commission unlike the other teams -Unfortunately the training will not prepare you in any way for what you are selling. After 3 months of training you will know almost nothing about the product or the market. You will need to become an expert at deflecting questions on phone calls and bluffing
