Pros

Pay Training TotalSource is largest PEO. Can be easy sale at times with insurance savings offsets. Resource and Comp Services are tougher sales, but great breadth of services. Quality products

Cons

Management (specifically Arizona office) Culture (specifically Arizona office) Internal politics (specifically Arizona office) Toxic work environment, which won't change in the foreseeable future (specifically Arizona office) If the theme hasn't been clear, selling any of ADP's HR/BPO solutions could be a fun, lucrative career. Just make sure you aren't working in the Chandler or Tucson office. If that's not an option, I would recommend looking at other business units like Majors, SBS, Retirement Services, etc...

This is unfortunate and we have escalated to our Chandler, Arizona location HR team. We appreciate your open and honest review and we will strive to improve the ongoing experience. Thank you :)

Pros

Part-time employees receive all the same benefits of full-time workers (exception: disability insurance). Co-workers are nice and there are good social activities. Nice kitchen and lounge w/ free coffee & tea. Convenient downtown location near bus, metro and train.

Cons

Big speeches from managers and higher ups but employees not valued. Compensation low for the work required - must be fast and accurate. Must be flexible with schedule; even though part-time schedule is booked in advance, be prepared for holidays where you have to work extra days. Office environment is poor - small cubicles, dilapidated chairs, dim lighting. I feel like I'm working in a small broom closet. Depressing - you just want to get out of there! Depending on the supervisor, you need pre-authoriz. if you want to be paid for working 15 min. overtime to finish your payroll.

Pros

The people I work with are the only good reason to work there.

Cons

This is a sales driven company and unless you are one of the sales people, you will get walked on. They cater to sales and bend over backwards to make sales happy. The rest of us bust our butts just as much, if not more, than the sales people to get these accounts up and running, yet sales gets the bonuses and trips for a job well done. This is the absolute worst company to work for. Ask any of the 1000's of former employees. The turnover in this company is ridiculous.
