Pros

The co-workers are good and the pay is good.

Cons

Long hours, outsourcing of jobs to other countries, not enough support technicians, does not replace when an associate leaves and adds more work to the already overwhelmed staff

Pros

Very great place to work. Always lively no dull moments. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I wouldn't change this job for nothing.

Cons

There is no bad comments to say great place. It's a real pleasant place everybody is so helpful and lively. On going training.

Scheduling flexibility and company identification. Work life balance. Success is celebrated and teamwork is encouraged. Mgmt team is supportive and promotion from within is encouraged.

Cons

Pay not enough for what is expected. Technology is lacking for a company of this statue. Account Managers are taken for granted.
