In this economy, you're almost guaranteed a job the entire time you work there. The culture in most cases, is positive and productive

Cons

Medical benefits are expensive, seniors leaders change every 12-18 months, being promoted within your skill set is a long journey, only way to make money is by jumping to a new position every 18 months.
