From an Implementation Specialist’s perspective: What a great company to work with, short-term and long-term! Very professional and friendly managers and trainers, and absolutely brilliant support from peers/seniors. A workplace that balances professionalism with fun and creativity.

Cons

The tools are sluggish when worked upon. Really need an enhanced speed and responsiveness for landing pages and applications for better user experience. Apart from this, the salary increment offered here is not as substantial as expected.

Toxic culture from coworkers to upper management Unrealistic expectations Clear favoritism Can take away bonuses at the end of the fiscal because HQs math was wrong from Q1 and they decided you didn’t hit it (started new fiscal owing ADP thousands) High performers are allowed to engage in unethical sales practices Waste of time “rollcall” to celebrate everyone that is buddies with the VPs
