People were amazing to work with

Cons

Was given a poor territory that I had no potential in growth with my career. Recommend for anybody applying here to verify what cities are available for assigned territory. Some account managers will lend a hand but will take your leads if you do not protect them.

Pros

The people. Young vibrant culture

Cons

Higher ups. Basically have to kiss their butts to be promoted or really liked. Upper management has no clue how over worked their employees are. The AM role is ridiculously stressful and there are not enough hours in a day to get everything done. to many clients for one person.

Pros

There was nothing good at working at ADP. Quitting was the best decision I ever made.

Cons

They don't care about employee mental health. They don't care about quality. Their only concern was the quantity of calls you took. Also, scheduled bathroom breaks aren't good for anyone.
