Challenging projects with very dedicated and capable team members

Cons

The German hr team supported without questioning impulsive management decisions in Switzerland to layoff the complete implementation team. I moved my family to Switzerland based on trust and from one day to another they told me I was no longer needed. 10 months later they asked me to please come back. I suggest to think twice about joining this company.

Pay is above average and lots of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

No work-life balance. People, co-workers are great people ep work with but upper Management only cares about their close knit friends and stats
