When I first started with ADP, everyone was remote the environment was great, the support amazing and even during the extreme busy times of the year you felt supported and valued.

Cons

Over the years ADP has moved to Hub hiring, they lost alot of great talent and knowledge. When you hire in the area you get whats there. They have changed their NAS structure for Benefits over 4 times in the last five years. It doesn't get better every year it gets worse. I went from loving my job to absolutely hating work over the course of my 6 years here. The Benefits are subpar and the pay might be good when you start but when you find after 6 years someone hired 6 months ago makes more then you it doesnt leave a good taste in your mouth. Internal promotions and advancements no matter HOW HIGH they cap you at 3-7%. You are better off to leave and come back to that role. This year they change the performance reviews- not human anymore which is great but the computer math problem doesnt know the employees.
