Can't beat the work-life balance, encouraging team atmosphere, opportunities to grow & develop skills, and progressive benefits.

Cons

Some leadership is questionable around their intentions and actions. I've been lucky to have great leaders, but have seen and heard how others have been treated based on poor leadership in other areas of the business.

Pros

Respect for all employees comes right down from the top. CEO and execs making huge efforts to engage with employees and communicate their plans and values. Good attitude to work/life balance and awesome teamwork.

Cons

Giant organisation takes time to change, although on a local level change can happen quickly. Some departments have little urgency to deliver.

Diversity in both my job and the work place. Ability to homeshore so I have an even work/family balance. Co-workers are amazing. Great place for women to excel into leadership and senior leadership

Cons

Appear to be centralizing into specific areas of the country. Hoping it does not affect my job growth opportunities
