Great Opportunities if you’re lucky

Pros

- People first policy - if you’re lucky with a manager then lots of mentor ship and opportunities for growth - Compensation can be quite competitive - WLB is good (depends on role) - limited # of difficult personalities - extremely flexible during COVID - can be easy to get investment into new programs or pilots - incredibly difficult to get fired or laid off unless you have a redundant or legacy oriented role

Cons

- if you’re on the wrong team or a heavily client facing then it can be absolutely grueling/grinding - Lots of lifers can lead to a “right way to do things” which is usually akin to “we’ve always done it this way” - lots of conflicting initiatives or overlapping ones - personality driven so if you don’t know the right people or don’t stretch your network it can seem like an unnavigable behemoth - tough to balance being a nimble org with so many legacy products. - despite rhetoric this is not a tech company. It has a lot of technology & technology driven initiatives but don’t come expecting a company with Silicon Valley type culture.

Long process with lots of hurdles to clear, but worth it.

Pros

ADP offers competitive pay and has great benefits. Overall the company has a great culture and attracts great talent.

Cons

No real direction during onboarding. It takes about a month for a new associate to get access to everything they need due to ADP’s self-service approach.
