- Learning Opprtunities - Job Rotations - Senior leadership has a humane touch - Excellent work environment and work ethics - Timely promotions for the deserving - Mutual respect and admiration amongst all employees

Cons

There is a Salary disparity across all bands. Min vs Max. People are hired at m uch fatter package for lesser role. Role fitment for these assocaites is very tough due to dipatirate expectations - Slow decision making - ADP needs to open and accelarate as per business pace
