      ADP used to be an example of employee oriented organization however right now every employee is scared since 150 Leaders, TL and above are fired on the spot without any clarificaions

      HR calls Leaders individually and hands over relieving letter saying they will have to leave right away and that they do not have any reason for the same

      Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Absolutely love the work remote opportunities it really allows for a more work like balance and contributes to employee retention. Company has old solid bones in the industry.

      Cons

      Company should conduct a compensation analysis to position wages at or better than market. There is opportunity for management to be more supportive and promote supporting the staff. Organization as a whole should partner more and value the talent within.
