Pros

The management was amazing super supportive and encouraging. The culture here is unlike any I have experienced previously. No micromanaging here. They literally have you take a quiz to get to know your strengths and how they can best utilize them on the team to make sure you have the best experience you can.

Cons

Alot of the people you work with may be contractors. The pay will be average and the insurance is very expensive and not the best quality.

Love the culture and how supportive most colleagues are. I love that you’re always learning - even those who’ve been at the company for decades learn something new every day. You have flexibility and are always connected with your manager through one on ones.

Cons

Their initial new hire training could be better.
