Pros

ADP comes with many perks and benefits, the role can be challenging at times, but overall manageable if compared to the rate, work environment is amazing and the work-schedule flexibility is my main reason for why I enjoy working here

Cons

Getting started to familiarize with the work can be a huge challenge, ADP's technology is always evolving so it can be difficult to keep up. Personally, I did not find the training helpful because of this, but the support after training is awesome.
