Good work culture. Professional environment. Infrastructure. Welcoming new ideas. Work-life balance.

Cons

Bell curve rating. No onsite oppurtunies. Less scope outside the company. Irrelevant designation given which makes searching for jobs outside difficult.

Pros

Fast paced, lots of support, the work is interesting. I do feel like the work I contribute is valued.

Cons

No work/life balance. My job is seen as entry level, but the work is most definitely not. They say that there are many career growth opportunities, but my colleagues and I are not seeing them.
