      Pros

      I work with a terrific team. My management team is effective, supportive and approachable. ADP Canada has made its vision clear to its employees. During my tenure I have worked in four different roles - ADP is very good at offering opportunity to its employees.

      Cons

      My role is in development. At times, I am not completely certain what my responsibilites are. Still not feeling that we are One ADP - various departments are still siloed. The vacation policy is horrible. I need to wait ten years before my entitlement increases? Really? This is not a good reward for employees.

      free food, good training, good benefits and decent pay

      Cons

      extremely micromanaged, have to be buddy buddy with management to get promoted, not allowed to take off any days for 6 months of the year
