Pros

ADP cares. They showed it especially at the start of the pandemic when they quickly mobilized our entire global workforce to able to work remote so that none of our clients would be impacted due to office closures.

Cons

I wish they were not as focused on creating more large offices. I have always worked from home and am sad to see us leaving that model some.
