Work from home remotely encouraged Strong balance sheet Heavy client service emphasis Most training delivered virtually, learning is encouraged if you have time for it.

Pros

Awesome comprehensive benefits package, though the employee share of the medical is a little high. People stay here for a very long time.

Cons

The company is very large, and there is a feeling of getting lost in the shuffle. The internal website is overwhelming. You don't really know what the other departments do or how they relate to your job function. You definitely don't know what the other Dealer Services functions are.
