Pros

Position allowed me to work from home & choose my hours like 6-3, 7-4, 8-5. This was a great work/life balance. Training was available remotely. ADP provides lots of resources. I had a manager who built a strong team.

Cons

Requires lots of self-discipline as one can feel isoloated. Job can be stressful. Higher salary or bonus would be a plus.

Pros

Really awesome career opportunities. Several different departments and services within the organization for advancement. Low turnover.

Cons

Different departments offer different pay (can be much lower or higher) even if the job title/description is almost the same.
