Pros

Fair pay, great benefits, full of opportunity to grow, company continues to grow, Monday through Friday, off holidays, eligible for benefits from day one

Cons

Lots of employees, so it is easy to get lost in the application pool if you haven't been networking to put yourself out there.

I worked through a temp agency and they seemed like a very nice company to work for.

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to tell if they were all on the same page.

Pros

Very flexible hours, enjoyed the option of working from home. Decent pay based strictly from experience. Good company to work for.

Cons

Management lacked experience and other service reps are not avaliable to assist in training. Training classes are good, but could be improved to account for new services.
