Pros

Benefits and Employee Perks. They introduced a tuition assistance program for employees recently as well as back-up care for children or parents at a very low cost. They also provide paid parental leave.

Cons

A lot of change all the time. Constantly having to search and make sure I'm doing my job correctly because of how quickly processes/ internal technology/ etc. change around here. Ex. I was out on Leave for 3 months, came back to a new Director, new VP and new internal technology.

Pros

People are great dont be fooled this job is a scam

Cons

They tell you you are an Account Manager but as soon as it gets busy we are a call center again. Management only promotes if you kiss up. We are now processing Amendments even though we have an Amendment Team. Everything that other departments cant do they force us to do it. You get 40 clients a d they blow you up. If they escalate or ask for reassignment you get written up. Stay away from this

Pros

ADP is known as the preferred payroll company.

Cons

You are expected to manage and provide service with little to no experience. They hire millennials with no experience and lay off tenured experienced employees. You work under an insurmountable amount of pressure with little product training and assigned 40- 50 accounts to service which is difficult to maintain. Many of my peers resigned and walked away even when offered an incentive to stay,
