Pros

ADP had very friendly management and co-workers, great benefits, good pay. They had fun events to volunteer with and activities at work.

Cons

Very out of date programs. The main programs are DOS based still. Felt more like an IT help desk position than customer service because you do a lot of backend computer work to fix clients' payroll issues. One small issue requires many screens which can be difficult since it isn't intuitive at all. There was also a very strict schedule. Being a minute late to your break would put you "out of adherence."
