Pros

Good benefits start the day you start, a pension after 2 1/2 years of employment.

Cons

Such a large company that departments do not effectively communicate with one another. Too many hands can be placed in the pot regarding a specific issue, that it makes the situation at hand more complex than it needs to be - resulting in frustrated/angry clients. Many employees are not trained the same, so one employee will have a different answer than the next. This was frustrating as an employee here when I needed an answer from them as well... All in all, it is a very corporate company, and they expect you to follow their strict rules (which can also vary from department to department, which is contradictory). The rules left me feeling frustrated and like a robot. Ex: You could not be more than 1 minute late coming back from lunch. As in, you had to be back on the phone to answer calls at exactly your lunch end time, no excuses. Micro management level 100.
