Pros

Friendly work environment. You learn a lot of new things about payroll. Hybrid, get to work from home 2 days a week. Little company events.

Cons

Very stressful. A lot to learn. You will never fully know the job. Take work home with you.

It was a great experience to work for ADP.

Cons

The commute was getting too long in 2017. Remote was not an option, so resigned after 15 years.
