Pros

The people I work with daily and opportunity for advancement are great pros. I also like their commitment to community projects.

Cons

Corporate structure holds back creativity at times. Sometimes it seems to take a lot of time to accomplish system enhancements but it's gotten better lately.

Pros

Great networking environment. Many opportunities to perform a variety of tasks and build a very diverse skill set. Good exposure to different products and departments.

Cons

Focus on developing people, coaching, etc is easily lost - lots of talk about it being important but no action. Human Resources staff is lacking in all areas.
