Pros

Good pay. Great fellow associates. Amenities in the facility are good.

Cons

Cronyism abounds. Advancement based on skill and achievement is rare. The adherence to obedient behavior, rather than effective contribution kills the advancement potential at ADP. Jobs are filled before they are posted and little is done to conceal this fact, there is almost a certain arrogant pride from leadership in this approach. While this may be the case at many corporations in today's business world, there has been some very concerning leadership fills in recent history. The worst I have seen was a borderline harassment situation with tons of scape-goating. This person was eventually let go after almost destroying a division. The company values, which sounds great on paper, do not always apply in reality.

Pros

Great benefits! Very easy going environment, people are fantastic and very kind. Well-structured organization. Lots of opportunity to expand your role and learn more and take on new challenges.

Cons

Not a lot of constructive feedback or goal setting. Can be a little slow to take action or institute next steps on a big project or in addressing concerns with other employees.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Nice co-workers. Directors over 50 yrs. old and tenure of more then 10 years are good to work for.

Cons

Management under 50 yrs. old or Directors less then 5 years tenure feel like they have to prove themselves. No growth for non-sales employees. Salaries are very low. Overload of work from higher level employees to lower employees required and a "be grateful you have a job, so don't complain" attitude.
