- International working environment - Great team - Free beverages & relaxation room

Cons

- Very bad management at the time of employment - Due to incoming workload your a made to take on work before you are ready to give a high level of service - Stressful without real support

Pros

Extremely talented people at ADP. Wonderful team and collaboration. Offer work from home, 401K match up to 6%, I have grown significantly.

Cons

While I have had incredible leaders here, people who are not leaders are put in leadership roles and in the end stunt your growth, the team development, ADP strategy "Win as One" and lack the ability to keep talented people at ADP. Talent eventually move to other opportunities, (aka our competition), which is exactly what is happening;- direct result of poor leadership.
