Pros

Hybrid job position and easy job

Cons

My experience at ADP felt very call-center oriented, and personally I felt the pay didn’t fully match the workload. Shifts can be close to 10 hours with only two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, which can feel restrictive when you’re consistently on calls. There’s also a high level of monitoring, and growth can seem challenging since most of the time is spent handling calls with limited flexibility. It can be a good place to gain experience, but it may not be ideal if you’re looking for faster career progression, flexibility, or higher compensation.

Pros

Benefits are good, 6% 401K Match and the people and little extra things like free catering and gift raffles they do for team morale is very nice. The hybrid 2 days from home and 3 days in office is also a pro.

Cons

Job is tough and there is a lot to learn, they give you 3 months of training before you take calls. Call centers can be a grind dealing with people all day so you have to be mentally strong.

Pros

- great co-workers - cafeteria in work building - hybrid

Cons

- constant badgering about taking long breaks - constant badgering about taking too long to answer the next call, - This job made me so depressed. I was very miserable here. - not a good work/life balance - During November-February, you are required to work OT, and taking time off is non-negotiable.
