Local sales team / management needs an overhaul. Indecision / poor decision-making leading to mediocre sales. Lack of defined processes. Once a process / structure is put into place, it is changed or scrapped as soon as it is created. Some members of sales team need to rein in their egos and arrogance. Humility is a great trait to possess, especially when sales are down.

HR in the corporate office is a joke. If they don’t like you, you are done. They will do whatever they can to get you out. If you have issues, you can’t take them to HR because they don’t keep anything confidential and when you try to talk to the head of HR, they don’t believe what you say and only go by what their HR business partners tell you.
