Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you appreciated our Convexity culture and the flexibility that comes with Your Life, Your Way. Empowering our team to work in the way that suits them best is a core part of who we are. We also understand that full remote work can sometimes feel isolating. That’s why we continuously look for ways to foster stronger connections—through team offsites, virtual meetups, and encouraging more cross-team collaboration. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve this experience, we’d love to hear them! Wishing you all the best in your next adventure, and thanks again for being part of 360Learning!

Pros

I joined 360Learning 2.5 months ago, and so far, it has been a pleasant experience. The async culture is refreshing. For the first time, I don’t need to worry about my online status needing to be green all the time. A lot of the time, companies probably don’t care, but we put this pressure on ourselves to appear available at all times. That’s not the case here at all. However, this also means you need to be accountable and self-disciplined enough to get things done without being micromanaged. The company encourages you to be a manager of one, and that’s exactly how you need to operate to succeed here. On a macro level, the company is growing but also facing a lot of external pressure and competition—like everyone else. If you come from a company with a big budget and lots of resources, you’ll notice that the budget is on the tighter side here, but still better than a lot of companies out there. So far, so good. I see myself being here for a long time if the company continues performing at a high level and I get sufficient growth opportunities.

Cons

The insurance benefits aren’t as strong as what I’ve had before. I’m used to my company covering 100% of my benefits, plus a higher budget for things like massages and chiropractors. This is just the reality of a smaller company that’s still growing, but something to be aware of.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience at 360Learning! We're so glad to hear that you’re enjoying our async culture—it’s a key part of how we work, and we love that it empowers everyone to manage their own time without unnecessary pressure. We completely agree that accountability and self-discipline are essential in an environment with low micromanagement, and it’s great to see that this approach resonates with you. As a growing company, we’re always working to balance efficiency and resources, and we appreciate your perspective on that. We also hear your feedback on insurance benefits and tool optimization. While we may not have the budget of larger companies, we continuously look for ways to improve perks and streamline tools to enhance the employee experience. Your input on this is valuable, and we’ll keep working on making improvements where possible! Thanks again for your thoughtful review—we’re excited to have you on board and look forward to growing together!

Pros

- Opinionated and up front about culture (Convexity) and demands - Motivated & smart colleagues - Ambitious - Really transparent

Cons

- Convexity isn't for everyone - Truly remote / async approach isn't for everyone - Lots of processes and initiatives are still WIP - can be daunting for some but exciting for others

Thank you for your review and for highlighting what makes 360Learning unique! We’re glad to hear that our Convexity culture, transparency, and ambitious mindset resonate with you. Having motivated and smart colleagues is a huge part of what makes working here so rewarding! We fully agree that Convexity and our remote-first, async approach require a certain mindset and level of autonomy. It’s not for everyone, but for those who thrive in this environment, it can be incredibly empowering. Your feedback on communication and clarity of direction is well taken, especially in today’s dynamic SaaS landscape. Ensuring alignment around our north star is a priority, and we’ll keep working to make it even clearer for everyone. Thanks again for your insights and for being part of 360Learning—we’re excited for what’s ahead!
