Immersive Onboarding

Business Outlook

Pros

Instead of quick how-to's and straight to selling, the onboarding stresses the importance of how this well-oiled machine works in its entirety: from marketing to operations and from Software support to CS departments. Transparency is a pillar here and we learn to find relevant information asynchronously that helps us become more efficient at our role. From Day 1, I was given a 30-60-90 day pathway with daily goals for the first two weeks, then opened to weekly goals and now operating based on monthly targets and OKRs

Cons

You will recognize in the first couple weeks that this way of onboarding/working is not for everyone. Anyone looking to have a quick sales role to get in and get out will not thrive in this environment.

Indeed - we are a highly collaborative company, where there is a strong collective investment in our product and internal culture, and participation in each other's impact, learning, and growth. It's not a "drive-by" company. 😉

Great remote culture

Pros

My favorite part of my job is being able to work on my own time and there is absolutely no micromanaging. Working remotely, I am able to have a great work life balance which can be difficult in a sales job.

Cons

Some of the cultural differences between the French and US teams can be difficult for decision making.

Excellent Organization

Business Outlook

Pros

If you want a challenge, then this is the place to be. The expectations of the organization are high which translates to a great professional development. What do I like? - It's Convexity culture, especially the Transparency pillar. You always know where you stand. - High accountability: hard to find a slacker here. Everyone is working at 200%. - Great product under constant development. - Coaching is constantly happening. Feedback is provided constantly. - Great teammates. One of the best companies that I've worked for.

Cons

Not necessarily cons, but to consider if you want to join the company: - The culture is not for everyone. You must be willing to work very hard (way beyond your 9 - 5) and most importantly, this needs to reflect on the results. You are evaluated quarterly; therefore, you must be a constant performer to keep your job. - We are scaling very quickly which means that there is constant change that you need to adapt to. If constant change is not your thing, then 360Learning is not for you.
